The Academic Motivation and Persistence Forum

Facilitated by the Academic Services Center at Franklin Pierce University

• Do you usually start the semester off strong, but sometimes falter along the way?
• Can you give good advice to friends?
• Do you like to help others from the comfort of your dorm room?

Let the Academic Services Center and fellow students help you stay on track and feel good about school performance this semester!

How does it work?

1) Attend an orientation meeting in the library instruction room on Monday, February 1st, at 12:30, 4 pm, or 6 pm

2) Send weekly updates via Twitter (we’ll show you how) from a computer or your cell phone.

3) Set weekly goals and work toward them. Ask for the support and encouragement you need, and help your AMP Forum teammates.

4) On completion receive a letter of recommendation and snazzy Certificate of Completion.

This is a really nice idea, Tracy. I’ll try to talk it up in my classes.
